Omakase Menu “Kiku”

Ichijyu-Sansai - Golden sushi with eel sauce with chopped chives. Lightly fried tofu with white miso soup. *Scallops and sea urchin with nagaimo yam jelly, koikuchi soy sauce vinegar, wasabi and shiso flower.

Sashimi - 3 variations of today’s seasonal sashimi with assorted garnish

Hassun* - 7 Elegant individual selections tailored by Takumi-Tei (1 plate includes raw fish)

On-Mono - Lightly fried kinme-dai (golden eye red snapper), lotus root, maitake mushroom, brussels sprouts, chopped myoga, chives, nori seaweed in a savory broth

Shii-Zakana - Please select from the following: *A5 Japanese Wagyu tempura with lightly fried sesame tofu, caramelized onion ponzu vinegar, ginkgo and spinach or Baked flounder fillet saikyo yaki, lightly fried sesame tofu, caramelized onion ponzu vinegar, ginkgo and spinach or *A5 Japanese Wagyu steak with caramelized onion ponzu vinegar, grilled white radish ginkgo and spinach (additional $35)

Gohan-Mono - Seared wrapped Japanese Wagyu sushi and wasabi. *Bluefin tuna sushi with homemade takuan, topped with chopped shiso leaves, served with pickled white cabbage and red miso soup.

Macha and Kanmi - Please select from the following: Homemade hojicha tea cake, vanilla ice cream, blackstrap molasses and chervil or Beni-Azuma potato (Japanese sweet potato) pudding with blackstrap molasses and chervil or Variety of seasonal fruit with homemade lemon jelly and chervil.

Plant-based Omakase Menu “Hasu”

Ichijyu-Sansai - Golden sushi served with picked ginger. Lightly fried tofu with white miso soup. Sliced grape tomato with nagaimo yam jelly, koikuchi soy sauce vinegar, wasabi and shiso flower.

Hiyashi-hachi - Zucchini with moromiso, pickled yellow paprika and pickled celery

Nimono-Wan - Hokkaido Japanese squash soup, white radish, lotus root, ginkgo with Origami style spring roll skin

On-Mono - Lightly fried sesame tofu, lotus root, maitake mushroom, brussels sprouts chopped myoga, chives and nori seaweed in a savory broth

Shii-Zakana - Eggplant with caramelized onion ponzu vinegar, red paprika, chopped chives and spinach

Gohan-Mono - 4 variations of vegetable nigiri sushi and red miso soup
